Cheer real loud

Tonight we listened to live music, and the woman duo singing invited a tween-ish gal on stage to sing. Her voice was beautiful but no match for the loud brewery. At one point, the women moved the mic just right so we got to hear her pretty voice, and everyone cheered!!

My friend and I both started to cry, because in the moments after the cheer, the girl’s voice got so much stronger and louder.

Such a great reminder that we need to cheer really loud for those just learning to use their voice because that’s how our voices get stronger and louder.

And DAMN if we don’t need new voices right now, being stronger and lighter. 🗣️
