Try to spend a little time each day reflecting with intention on “good things” that happened in your day because of actions you took and see what happens.
Can you find something neutral?
Not for nothing, but gratitude practices are good for us. Except sometimes the world pours us a big old cup of NOPE. So do we abandon our practices and abandon all hope?
