Breathe

One of the side effects of trying to overcome a perfectionist nature is continually overthinking the practice you embark upon in order to combat said perfectionism.

There is so much that I want to say. And anything I try to say comes out trite. Or garbled.

So tonight the best I can do is say this — breathe. Just freaking breathe, and let that be enough for today. ❤️☀️
